Good times

This week we were told to choose one of our favourite moments this year. My favourite moment was camp. For me the best part of camp was the overnight camp especially the looking at the lake in the mourning.

At school we have a tradition were the whole school goes to an unknown location for the day. Previous years we've been to H2O, Zealandia, Eastbourne and Junglerama and there indoor sports centre. For this year i'd like to go back to the in-door sports center or H2O, but were probably going to zealandia again, for the 4th consecutive time.

Collage

Next year I'm at collage. I'm excited for collage because of all the new opportunities it gives like hanging out with friends outside of school more often and my will trust me to do more things. I think the hardest thing will be adjusting to the new environment. At St Pats there are over 150 kids in my year group alone let alone the whole school.

Book Week

Last week was book week and we did a number of things from a golden ticket to having Kate de Goldi come to talk to us about her books and being an author.

My favourite thing was the golden ticket hunt. With reference to charlie in the chocolate factory at any moment a photo could be put on the blog to revealing the location of a ticket. I won twice by finding one in a pillow and in the house cup.

The book character parade is another thing that happens during book week were everyone comes to school dressed up as someone from a book, like batman or ironman. These two are the most common among the smaller kids.

During that day we have the book quiz which is quite competitive most of the time. The quiz is about books as it implies in the name. The teams are sorted into your house group for instants my house is Murphy. I don't know where we placed exactly against the other house but I think we came second-ish.

Peter Rabbit

Fro this weeks post we were told to write about a book we liked when we were younger.When I was younger one of the first books that my mum read to me was Peter Rabbit.

The book didn't just have the classic story where peter goes into Mr Mc Gregors garden, it has multiple stories about Peter and all the other animals in the forest. I still have the book in mint condition in my room.

AFL

For this term we have started playing AFL (The Australian Football League). We have a lesson every Thursday I missed the second one but what I remember was, we were taught phrases to help remember basic things when we kicking the ball. Like : Laces away from faces, flicking the mud of your shoe and having on cross face up with the other facing down.

In 3-4 weeks we'll be playing a game at Nairnville and the field is apparently massive as the guy described it so Ill have to be fit. But I am extremely excited.

My Favourite Game/Movie

We were asked to write about our fav Tv show, game or  movie. My favourite game at the moment is Fifa 16. I have always loved playing or watching the fifa games. I've played fifa 09, fifa 13, fifa 14, fifa 15 and fifa 16.

One of my favourite quotes.

For my favourite movie Batman:the dark knight wins hands down. I've watched it about 100 times and every time I watch it the story of the movie is brilliant as well as all the action scenes in it, along with all the famous quotes that Mr Bruce Wayne says while fighting crime.

Future Job

This week we were asked to write about what we want our future job to be. For me I've always wanted to be successful like my parents, so I chose quite a stereotypical job for a kid and that's being a tycoon owner. I have not yet chosen the area I would work in though.

In collage I would need to take marketing, business studies and mathematics at collage to know whats best for my company and to be able to use money more effectively. But the main reason of me wanting this job is because you make a crap ton of money.
