In class weve been learing about space stuff and I found a couple things interesting.
Like the size that things get in space is Massive things that we call big are a speck of dust compared to stars and galaxy's like the famous quote from Carl segan explaining we fight over a speck of dust in this universe.
Another thing is we learned about stars and their life of how they start to finish from clouds of gas to Red Giants we learned it all.
Good Post Tom
ReplyDeleteTom I found this on the internet...
ReplyDeleteEarth is 1/23 light seconds across.
60 seconds per minute
60 seconds per hour
24 hrs per day
365 days per year,
universe is about 30 000 000 000 000 light years across
so the answer is 23 x 60 x 60 x 24 x 365 x 30 000 000 000 000 times so that is 2 followed by 22 zeros or
20 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 times (more accurately 21 759 000 000 000 000 000 000
Answer earth's significance to universe...
0.000 000 000 000 000 000 000 05
